6.75% sales tax will be added to all orders placed from Illinois residents only. Shipping

Gear4u.com offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING within the Continental US only.

For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO and FPO addresses, and Canada UPS Residential Ground Shipping Rates will be applied automatically or your chosen shipping method. Unfortunately, we cannot ship outside of the US and Canada at this time.

Refunds

Gear4u is committed to making your purchase process as easy and as pleasurable as possible. If you want to return an item, it must be new and in the closed box with all original packaging and instructions (open box items are not returnable unless they are defective), Gear4u.com will accept returns within 30 days of shipment. Unless the item was proven to be defective, all returns will incur a 10% restocking fee, and the original shipping costs and the return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds and credits will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note: Basinetts Changing Tables are not returnable unless they are defective.

Returns

Returning a product to Gear4u.com is a simple process. Just fill out our Return Authorization Form or call our customer service line during business hours 1 (630) 241-9023 to receive instructions and a Return Authorization Code. All returns must have a Return Authorization Code and meet our policies for Returns and Refunds or they will not be accepted.

All items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documents in a closed box. Open box items are not returnable unless they are defective. All Basinetts Changing Table are not returnable unless defective.
